I needed a way to get financially creative!~I had finally decided to do the responsible thing – settle down and buy property. I found a condo I loved, but it needed a little work and my estate agent explained that the bank was going to want a pretty substantial deposit as I was a first-time buyer.~Because I was a first time condo buyer, the real estate agent explained to be me that I wouldn’t get a mortgage unless I was financially prepared to pay a hefty deposit. They were looking at 10 – 15%. I had found the condo of my dreams, but it needed some work, so I was either going to have to find something cheaper or get financially creative.}

He obviously wanted the deal and being the opportunist that some estate agents are, asked be to give him 10 minutes to make a few calls.~We met the next day and I was honest with him, I just didn’t want to pay such a huge deposit. He said he would make some calls and see just what he could to. After a short while he was back with me and said he had arranged something, but he wanted a favor too.~Meeting at the condo, so I could take another look around, I told him I really wanted it, but was between a bit of a rock and a hard place as far as the deposit was concerned, did he have any suggestions for me. He looked me in the eye and explain that he has helped out single ladies before in terms of zero deposit mortgages, eager to find out how, I asked “how”?}
{He made his calls and came back saying that he had arranged a special favor with the bank for me, but now he needed a special favor from me. I was actually so grateful that I justified a couple more sympathy fucks wouldn’t be so bad, and they weren’t.~I knew I had to make this good and believable, just in case something went wrong. I seduced him, shut my eyes and placed an imaginary brown paper bag over his head so I didn’t have to look at him, and I fucked to save my country.}
